The 1st Annual Fine Arts Feast
In an effort to raise awareness of the KCFAF and boost our Individual Arts Patron Roster, the KCFAF Planning Committees held a dinner fundraiser on Saturday, February 27, 2010 in the Pine Room of the Open Range Southwest Grill Restaurant at the Bliss Creek Golf Course.
The fundraiser was a huge sucess raising over $3,400 in Individual Arts Patron donors for the Festival. The guests enjoyed entertainment by faculty and community members of the planning committee as well as enjoyed a meal of pizza and pasta served by the restaurant. Photography was displayed by Kaneland Alumni, Joe Thill, and floral centerpieces were created by the Kaneland High School FFA Club. Many guests received door prizes.
A special thank you to Chef Greg and the Open Range Southwest Grill Restaurant, for sponsorship of this event providing the facility and meal at no-cost to the KCFAF.
