The IAAE honors
Bonnie Whildin and Dr. Charles McCormick
for their work at Kaneland
and for the Festival!
This year, as past winners of an award from the Illinois Alliance for Arts Education, we were asked to submit nominations for awards from the same organization. Both our nominees were chosen by the IAAE and received their awards on March 17th in Springfield. We congratulate Dr. McCormick, former Kaneland District Superintendent, for receiving IAAE’'s School Administrator Award and Bonnie Whildin for receiving IAAE’'s Arts Exemplar Award.
They are most deserving.
In 2010, the Festival was awarded the Illinois Alliance for Arts Education (IAAE) 2010 Public and Community Service Award.
The IAAE is a member of the Kennedy Center for Arts Education Network.

In 2007, the Festival was awarded the Distinguished Service Award of Merit by the Illinois Chapter of the National School Public Relations Association (INSPRA).
